Swedish Medical Center Selects Kyruus ProviderMatch for Patient-Provider Matching in Access Contact Center

Boston, MA, May 14, 2014 – Kyruus, a leading provider of Patient Access & Referral Management Solutions, announced today that Swedish Medical Center has selected Kyruus’ ProviderMatch platform to power its Patient Access Contact Center. The platform will enable patients and referring physicians to be matched to clinically appropriate, in-network providers across the Swedish provider network of about 2,000 healthcare providers. The deployment will focus on improvement of provider schedule utilization and enhanced patient experience for those seeking healthcare services at Swedish’s numerous practices in the Greater Seattle area.
