We surveyed 200 PCPs and specialists to uncover their thoughts on digital initiatives–and appetite for involvement in them–and identified strategies for health systems to win provider buy-in.

 Key findings about provider perspectives include:

  • 91% want to be more involved in creating and maintaining their find-a-provider profile
  • 63% think patient ratings & reviews are very or extremely important for patient acquisition
  • 64% do not offer online scheduling, yet nearly half of this group expressed interest in it
