New Survey from Kyruus Shows Majority of Consumers Research Providers Online But Ultimately Schedule by Phone - Underlining the Importance of a Multi-Channel Access Strategy

The findings, published in the 2017 Patient Access Journey Report, indicate that the majority of consumers consult the internet in the search for a new provider, yet most still prefer to schedule appointments by phone. In addition, consumers take a wide variety of factors into account when considering potential providers.
