Seasoned Healthcare IT Executive Will Lead Scaling of Company’s Delivery Operations
Boston, MA - Kyruus, a leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for health systems, announced today that Scott Andrews has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Delivery. He will be responsible for managing and scaling the company’s implementation, customer success, and account operations functions. Andrews will focus both on the onboarding of new Kyruus ProviderMatch™ customers as well as the ongoing success of existing customers once they are live on the Kyruus platform.
Andrews brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in client services, operations and finance within the healthcare industry, including 17 years with athenahealth. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President of athenaCare, he was responsible for managing the onboarding, optimization, and ongoing support of the company’s client base. Prior to that role, he spent almost five years as Vice President of Client Services, supporting customer satisfaction and performance for athenahealth’s independent medical group segment as it grew from 900 clients to more than 4,000. Before athenahealth, Scott was a manager in the Finance Department at Tufts Health Plan, where he was responsible for all financial and regulatory reporting.
