ProviderMatch for Salesforce will empower healthcare organizations to build stronger patient relationships through smart patient-provider matching and scheduling from within Health Cloud and Service Cloud
Kyruus is excited to announce at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS17) Conference in Orlando that its app for Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, ProviderMatch for Salesforce, will extend the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud with embedded provider search, scheduling and provider data management.
The integration of ProviderMatch into Health Cloud and Service Cloud will allow care coordinators and schedulers to search for providers—utilizing Kyruus’ Smart Search engine—and schedule patient appointments through a unified workflow. In addition, Health Cloud and Service Cloud will be able to leverage comprehensive and up-to-date provider data from the KyruusOne provider data management platform, making it easier for health systems to maintain accurate, current information on their provider networks. The combined application will give users an end-to-end solution for identifying the right providers, scheduling appointments, and tracking patient interactions.
“Our mission is to help health systems optimize enterprise-wide patient access, and our partnership with Salesforce propels that in a significant way,” said Julie Yoo, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Kyruus. “We’re thrilled to partner with Salesforce to give our health system customers a streamlined way of interacting with their patients and matching them with the right providers for their needs.”
“Salesforce Health Cloud enables providers to get a more precise view of patient demographic, lifestyle and health information to better serve their needs through a system of engagement and through stronger patient relationships,” said Dr. Joshua Newman, Chief Medical Officer at Salesforce. “Kyruus is a valuable part of our journey towards creating a modern healthcare platform for patients, doctors, and everyone else involved in care.”
Kyruus will be exhibiting in booth number 5045 at HIMSS and giving a presentation on ProviderMatch for Salesforce in the Salesforce booth (2675) on Tuesday, February 21st at 3:30pm.
