Kyruus to Extend Capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud with ProviderMatch™


ProviderMatch for Salesforce will empower healthcare organizations to build stronger patient relationships through smart patient-provider matching and scheduling from within Health Cloud and Service Cloud

Kyruus is excited to announce at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS17) Conference in Orlando that its app for Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, ProviderMatch for Salesforce, will extend the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud with embedded provider search, scheduling and provider data management.

The integration of ProviderMatch into Health Cloud and Service Cloud will allow care coordinators and schedulers to search for providers—utilizing Kyruus’ Smart Search engine—and schedule patient appointments through a unified workflow. In addition, Health Cloud and Service Cloud will be able to leverage comprehensive and up-to-date provider data from the KyruusOne provider data management platform, making it easier for health systems to maintain accurate, current information on their provider networks. The combined application will give users an end-to-end solution for identifying the right providers, scheduling appointments, and tracking patient interactions.
