Four Nationally-Recognized Healthcare Executives to Discuss Driving a Consistent Brand and Patient Experience Across an Enterprise in First Ever ATLAS CEO Panel

Boston, MA – Kyruusa leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for health systems, today announced that it will hold its first ever CEO panel at its Fifth Annual Thought Leadership on Access Symposium (ATLAS) taking place in Boston from October 15-17, 2018. Four CEOs from leading health systems will share their insights on a panel titled, “Driving a Consistent Brand & Patient Experience Across Your Enterprise.” Their panel will help anchor the three-day conference, which brings together more than 200 executives from some of the leading health systems across the country, including Banner Health, Mercy Health, Providence St. Joseph Health, Piedmont Healthcare, and many more.

Robert Reiss, CEO of The CEO Forum, the transformative CEO community, will moderate the panel, which will focus on the core conference theme of systemness. The discussion will explore the need for a cohesive patient experience across the entire health system and the pivotal role that patient access plays in driving systemness – particularly in the wake of heavy merger, acquisition, and expansion activity.

“As healthcare networks evolve, patient access is playing an increasingly important role. It’s clear that health systems need strategies to provide a consistent experience across their access points,” said Reiss. “I’m excited to lead this timely conversation with a group of accomplished CEOs and help to uncover innovative ways health systems can deliver greater value to patients through systemness.”

The CEOs who will share their insights on systemness, perspectives on patient access, and reflections on successful related initiatives during the panel conversation include:

  • Sandra Fenwick, President & CEO, Boston Children’s Hospital
  • Robert Garrett, Co-CEO, Hackensack Meridian Health
  • Howard Kern, President & CEO, Sentara Healthcare
  • Warner Thomas, President & CEO, Ochsner Health System

“Since we first started bringing together executives at ATLAS five years ago, we’ve seen patient access grow as a strategic priority for health systems. In 2018, there is now visibility all the way up to the most senior members of health system leadership teams,” said Graham Gardner, CEO of Kyruus. “We’re incredibly honored and excited to have our first panel of CEOs sharing their perspectives on patient access and its interplay with systemness at this year’s event.”

“Driving a Consistent Brand & Patient Experience Across Your Enterprise,” will take place on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. To view the full speaker list and register for ATLAS, visit www.atlasconference.com. Media interested in attending can contact Danielle Johns.
