Chief Executive Officer
Graham is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kyruus where he has led the development and commercialization of the company’s market-leading patient access platform that now serves over 300,000 providers across 700 hospitals and 80 million members across 60 health plans. Prior to Kyruus, Graham was a Venture Executive at Highland Capital Partners where he co-founded Generation Health, a genetic benefit management company that facilitates optimal utilization of genetic testing, and served as the company’s Chief Medical Officer through its acquisition by CVS Caremark. Graham completed his clinical training in internal medicine and cardiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident. Graham completed his BA and MD degrees at Brown University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of Kyruus, he serves as an advisor to the Innovation & Digital Health Accelerator at Boston Children’s Hospital and as a board member at The Food Project.
General Manager, Emerging Markets
Gail Airasian is General Manager of Emerging Markets at Kyruus where she leads business development, mergers and acquisitions, and expansion into new markets. Prior to joining Kyruus, Gail was the General Manager for Flatiron Health’s revenue cycle service where she helped grow revenue by more than 300 percent and managed both Sales and Implementation teams for the wider business. Gail also spent 10 years at athenahealth leading sales support teams for its electronic health record, practice management, and patient outreach services. Gail has a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA with a focus in healthcare finance from Boston College.
General Manager, Health Systems
Scott Andrews is the General Manager, Health Systems at Kyruus, where he is responsible for all aspects of the business unit, including sales, marketing, product development, account management, professional services, and ongoing customer success. Previously he was Chief Customer Officer at Kyruus, responsible for account management, implementations, customer success, and ongoing support of the customer base. Prior to joining Kyruus, Scott worked at athenahealth for 17 years where he served in leadership roles in Client Services, Operations, and Finance. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of athenaCare responsible for managing the onboarding, optimization, and support of the athenahealth customer base. Before athenahealth, Scott was a manager at Tufts Health Plan responsible for financial and regulatory reporting. He was also a manager in the Health Care practice at Ernst & Young and earned a Certified Public Accountant designation. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Michael's College in 1990.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Soojin Chung is General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer at Kyruus. She oversees all legal and compliance matters for Kyruus, including contracting, healthcare compliance, privacy, IP, and corporate transactions. She was previously the General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Caradigm where she oversaw the growth of the company from its formation as a joint venture between Microsoft and GE Healthcare to a leader in population health management. Before Caradigm, she served as Senior Counsel for GE Healthcare’s Healthcare Knowledge & Connectivity Solutions business unit. Ms. Chung was also previously a Counsel in the Technology Transactions & Licensing group at WilmerHale LLP focused on strategic alliances, IP licenses, and other corporate transactions. Ms. Chung is a graduate of Fordham Law School and Wellesley College.
Senior Vice President, People
Chris McMahon is the Senior Vice President of People at Kyruus where he is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience and spearheads talent acquisition, development, and retention. He is an ambassador for the company's CORE values – Caring, Ownership, Respect, and Empowerment. Chris brings extensive experience in acquiring and developing talent for hyper growth technology companies. Prior to joining Kyruus, he was VP of People & Culture at Turbonomic, an enterprise software company focused on workload automation, where he provided leadership to the People function through the company’s aggressive growth. Previously he oversaw talent acquisition for Vistaprint – and its parent company, Cimpress – as it executed its robust global expansion. Chris also directed the HR team at Endeca leading up to its acquisition by Oracle and at 170 Systems leading to its acquisition by Kofax. He is a Board member for DisruptHR Boston and holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
General Manager, Health Plans
Mark Menton is the General Manager, Health Plans at Kyruus, where he is responsible for leading the health plan business unit under the HealthSparq brand. Mark leads HealthSparq’s strategic direction, ensuring the organization is living its mission of helping people make smarter healthcare choices. He is passionate about maintaining client focus, delivering on commitments, and building a high-performing culture. Mark served as CEO of HealthSparq prior to Kyruus’ acquisition of the company from Cambia Health Solutions in 2021. Before his time at HealthSparq, Mark was CEO at ClarusHealth and led the transformation of the business into the leading provider search software platform utilized by health plans, employer groups, and hospital systems before ClarusHealth was acquired by HealthSparq in 2014. He’s held a variety of roles during his career in healthcare including sales, product, and operational leadership positions. Mark is a third-generation Texan who enjoys spending as much time as possible in his home state with his wife and kids.
Senior Vice President of Sales, Emerging Markets
Travis Moore, RN, MBA is the SVP of Sales for the Emerging Markets team, where he is responsible for the commercialization and sales of Kyruus’ strategic partner companies. Travis started at Kyruus in 2016 as the SVP of Marketing, and then led new business sales through 2021. Before joining Kyruus, Travis was with Influence Health (now Mercury Health) for 12 years as SVP of Sales. Prior to Influence Health, he was responsible for product management over the patient education and nursing solutions at Truven. Travis started his career in healthcare as a pediatric nurse on the Neurotrauma and Orthopedic unit at Children’s Hospital in Denver, CO. Travis has his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and MBA from University of Phoenix-Denver.
Senior Vice President, Product
Matt Parker is Senior Vice President of Product for both HealthSparq and Kyruus, where he leads efforts to develop and continually improve industry-leading products. Matt has more than 20 years of experience working in healthcare technology products, where he brings a professional passion for streamlining implementations so that customers are up and running with new products more quickly. Prior to joining HealthSparq and Kyruus, Matt was the VP of Products at Connecture, where he lead product management of its SaaS products, including Medicare, individual and family and group shopping, and enrollment products. Earlier in his career, he was the VP of Clinical Products at DestinationRX. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America and his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Mark Vo is Senior Vice President of Engineering, leading HealthSparq and Kyruus to build world-class product engineering, architecture, and SaaS operations organizations. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology and a professional focus on building large-scale SaaS solutions and high-performing teams to solve complex business problems. Mark is passionate about accelerating the speed of high-quality products to market and building amazing software that customers love. Prior to joining HealthSparq, Mark held leadership roles at New Relic, Invision, Jive, CDK, Tektronix, and Nike. Mark received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in computer science from the University of Portland.
SVP, Clinical Services
Karen Conley is the SVP, Clinical Services at Kyruus, where she oversees clinical strategy, growth and engagement. With over 30 years of Nurse Executive experience, Karen has held executive positions with the Mass General Brigham System, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and other community organizations in the Boston area. Karen is clinically trained in Oncology Nursing and has focused her career on the advancement of Patient and Family Centered Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College, her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Northeastern University and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Karen has also completed post graduate work at Harvard Business School and is a Board Certified Nurse Executive, Advanced.
Vice President, Account Management
Joseph Donnelly is Vice President of Account Management at Kyruus, where he oversees the Strategic Account Management team responsible for building trusted relationships and delivering maximum value. Joe has more than 25 years of experience delivering enterprise healthcare IT solutions and leading customer facing Implementation, Account Management, and Sales teams. Prior to joining Kyruus, Joe was at athenahealth for 12 years in leadership roles in Channel Development, Sales, Market Strategy, and Key Account Client Development. Before athenahealth, Joe was with IDX Systems Corporation/ GE Healthcare for 17 years. Joe earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and a Math and Computer Science Minor from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
Vice President, Regulatory
Sydney Edwards is Vice President of Regulatory at Kyruus, where she provides oversight and ownership for all regulatory matters and is responsible for developing, monitoring, and executing on overall corporate regulatory and compliance initiatives. Prior to Kyruus, she was Vice President of Healthcare Policy Research at Capstone, advising private equity firms on the impact of regulation on healthcare organizations within their portfolio and related transactions. Previously, she served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, investigating and auditing a comprehensive range of complex health care fraud, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other government and private payers. She was also Assistant Counsel for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms Office of the General Counsel, supporting regulatory compliance on Capitol grounds and all Senate buildings. She is a graduate of Texas Southern University School of Law and Hampton University.
Vice President, Customer Experience
Deirdre Fenick is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Kyruus, where she oversees the customer success, customer support, and data quality teams. Deirdre’s career is punctuated with a passion for leading and managing sales, marketing and operational teams through accelerated periods of growth. Prior to joining Kyruus, Deirdre was with athenahealth for 17 years in leadership roles in sales, sales operations, marketing, product management, and learning and development. Before athenahealth, Deirdre was with IDX Systems Corporation for 10 years. Deirdre earned both a Bachelor's of Science degree, and an MBA from Boston University, Questrom School of Business with focuses on Operations Management and Marketing.
Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
Dan Kennedy is Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Kyruus, where he is responsible for M&A and capital raising, and also works in concert with the Product team to inform buy, build, partner strategy and stand up the associated partner ecosystem. He has more than a decade of experience in the digital health space and was most recently at athenahealth. Previously, Dan was a founding member of Evolent Health’s Corporate Development team, and in that role helped the company IPO and complete several subsequent acquisitions. He began his career in health care investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Dan earned a BS in Business Administration and BA in History from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
