Provider-payer collaboration continues to gain traction in the healthcare industry. In a recent HealthIT Answers article, Mark Menton, General Manager of Kyruus’ HealthSparq division, shared results from a 2021 Wakefield Research survey that found 92% of providers want greater collaboration with health plans. He also shared his own belief that collaboration is important on both sides of the equation – and that partnerships between health systems and health plans have the potential to drastically change the patient and member experience for the better.
